The staff at this office in Watertown is very rude, they rudely throw your documentation at you, I accepted without knowing the bad reviews of this office, next time I prefer to go to Sioux Falls.
The staff is very cold and rude, horrible experience. I will not return to that office. I prefer to go to another one even if it is a little further away.
Staff is just unkind and cold, they have no common courtesy and are very rude. I tried to get help as a newly 18 year old who’s had health issues my entire life not mention mentally, i’m a full time student and i needed to appeal my ssa. She was no help and treated me like i was stupid.
