I was in social security office on 10-04-2025. I was told that I would get my full SS check on the 10-15-2025 well I was lied to I only got 1/2 my SS check so when and if you go to Watertown, S.D Social security office don't believe 1/2 of what the say because they will lie to hurry up to get you out the door.........
The staff at this office in Watertown is very rude, they rudely throw your documentation at you, I accepted without knowing the bad reviews of this office, next time I prefer to go to Sioux Falls.
The staff is very cold and rude, horrible experience. I will not return to that office. I prefer to go to another one even if it is a little further away.
Staff is just unkind and cold, they have no common courtesy and are very rude. I tried to get help as a newly 18 year old who’s had health issues my entire life not mention mentally, i’m a full time student and i needed to appeal my ssa. She was no help and treated me like i was stupid.
