I couldn't believe the experience that I had at this office. It was horrible! My initial phone call with Mr. Contreras was wonderful! He was so very helpful and very pleasant. He started my application over the phone and said I had to bring in my marriage license and divorce decree in order to complete the application. It said it's best to come either by 9am or at the end of the day, 4pm, to avoid having to wait just to get the copies made. I showed up about 4:45, took a ticket and was told to have a seat.
