Pointless to make an appointment! Be ready to wait atleast an hr even with the appointment... dumb they even offer it!
Impossible to make an appointment online, they give you a number to call that is always busy and hangs up on me. They make it so difficult every step of the way a person just wants to give up.
The only good these people can do is remove themselves from society
Hire people to work!! I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. Now the office is closed. So I call during business hours, you can’t get to me because you don’t have enough people working, so you just let me stay on hold not letting me know that my call will NOT be answered today! Just rude. My time is important too.
