Impossible to make an appointment online, they give you a number to call that is always busy and hangs up on me. They make it so difficult every step of the way a person just wants to give up.
The only good these people can do is remove themselves from society
Hire people to work!! I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. Now the office is closed. So I call during business hours, you can’t get to me because you don’t have enough people working, so you just let me stay on hold not letting me know that my call will NOT be answered today! Just rude. My time is important too.
Pay into a system, only to get lied to. I feel for the workers slightly, but not too much. Update: she’s the grandma of the year.
They don't do their job in a timely manner which ends up in the client being overpaid because they do not do their jobs and have been told by the lady that runs the Social Security office here in Canyon that they don't have enough staff and it's not their problem they can't enter it into the computer on time that is just something we're going to have to deal with
