Called for information today. Man was very friendly and helped me with all my questions. Professional!
Easy to find with lots of parking. Security guard is friendly and helpful, the workers inside helped me with my issues. They printed out the paperwork I needed, gave me the phone numbers I needed and told me after I fill out my paperwork, they would make copies so I could have for own records. The gentleman that helped me went above and beyond my expectations. Overall a great experience.
I hope I can get a half of star. This office is the worst one I'm been on, Ben was so rude to me that even get up and let me speaking by myself. I have everything he need but because he didn't understand the paperwork he got aggravated. What a customer service!!! Bravo
If you actually want to get something done, don’t go here. Some orange haired dude made the whole thing pointless, and odd honestly. We went here before too, and some black haired lady also gave us major issues citing I brought medical papers from 10 years ago when the date on it was clearly from 2 years prior. Papers I wasn’t able to get stamped by the way, because they DONT DO THAT (more on that below).
