After numerous phone calls, waiting many hours and previously hand delivering documents “TWICE “to Okc SSA office on N Kelly and still for what ever reason they never could get my documents entered into SSA database to update my SSA records. I became very frustrated and discouraged with staff at N Kelly SSA branch since nobody wanted to help me and were very short and abrasive with me.
