This place is a joke and i mean a joke i went in to get a simple thing fixed on my ssc on the door it says “appointments needed for most things” most not all inside it says appointment needed for all things and even if you decide to stay they will make you wait for 1-2 hours just to make an appointment for you. Like i said place is a joke and marion would thrive if it shut down
As of 12-9-24 by appointment only, don't make my mistake and think you can walk in anymore.. you'll sit for a while just for them to make you an appointment to come back later
I called the office today to report fraud and on their website it says that they passed that a new lawin 1981 that they can still do it which it happened in 1988 saying she is needing evidence that is why they said they do a investigation to get evidence not ask me for that and she had a snotty attitude they need to have someone working there that knows the law because she doesn't even know what is on her website
Always closed without anyy reason and it shows open online
Sat on call for an hour then got hung up on after I was trying to get a ssc to start working. Customer service: 0/10 Rudeness: 10/10
