Sat on call for an hour then got hung up on after I was trying to get a ssc to start working. Customer service: 0/10 Rudeness: 10/10
I personally had a great experience here! I did schedule my appointment online for a name change. They were able to get me in the next business day. I was the first appointment of the day and got out pretty quickly.
Monic mam is so good and polite
The lady at the window when I was called back was insanely rude. She clearly was trying to just get people in and out and had no interest in listening to my question or explaining her thoughts. She literally said “just read the letter” like I am stupid and never thought of that.
