Useless. Toklok my disabled mother here, AFTER I had already called ahead of time to verify, to get a print out of her income. Well they couldn't print us a paper because the gvmt was shut down... SMH

This office does not have a knowledgeable nor helpful staff. Save yourself frustration and go to the Zanesville office.
Was rudly treated after approaching the window. Lady was very very rude to begin with kept telling me do things online trying send me away. After I explained I can not do the 1 thing online. She made statement twice she was leaving at 2:30pm which is close to the time I got to window. After I stated wow and shook my head was it that she then became very helpful.
