This place has no professional workers not even over the phone or in person not sure how the manager is because I denied access to speaking with her. I feel discriminated against and neglected. This morning I had an over the phone encounter with the social worker. Useless. Toklok my disabled mother here, AFTER I had already called ahead of time to verify, to get a print out of her income. Well they couldn't print us a paper because the gvmt was shut down... SMH
