As soon as I walked in the door at the Bluefield WV office on 04/16/2025 around 1:00pm the security guard talked to me like I was a criminal. He was as rude to me as humanly possible. I felt like he was going to arrest me for walking in the door. He is obviously compensating for something and I don't think he needs to be in any position of power because he obviously abuses that power. I went to change my last name after getting married. The staff were friendly and my visit was much quicker and easier than I anticipated.
The only team for this is because they want to do everything through a system and take for ever to talk to some one
