This office is slow, unconcerned with providing service in a timely manner, and sometimes rather impolite. I wish supervision would address these issues, but there's an obvious lack of oversight.
My mothers case worker has not answered any of are calls for the last year and will not talk to us and I believe they are discriminating against me and my mother for being white btw are case worker is black
