Anyone who has been on the website clearly it states "you must make an appointment." It was difficult to get through on the phone, but choose the call back option. However upon entering for our appointment and approached the desk where the security officer sets. He was medium built with little to no hair mid to early 50's was extremely rude. Only to notice he picks and chooses who he is humble to. I'll come back and finish my rating after our appointment.
