Completely nightmare and the security guard needs to work on his people skills this place is a embarrassment to the state of Kentucky
My family had a terrible experience at this Social Security office. The staff was incredibly rude and treated my family as if we were less important than others. I was deeply offended by their behavior and do not recommend this office to anyone. The employees need to be held accountable for their actions and should be fired. if you already can’t tell they have more one star reviews then they do five stars, So I’m still assuming nothing has changed in this office!
