Don’t let the bad reviews fool you. Those people were the problem. Not the ssa in madisonville. The security guard was friendly and welcoming, the lady who assisted me was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in 15 minutes and accomplished what I came for. So glad to have excellent service in our sweet small town.
The security gentleman at the Social Security office in Madisonville is always extremely kind and helpful. Every time I’ve visited for a question or an appointment, he greets people warmly and makes the experience much more pleasant. His professionalism and friendliness truly stand out.
