Had an appointment at 9:30a still not called by 10:45a two walk-ins went in before me missed other appointments and work, got awful horrible just plan on being here for hours waiting even if you have an appointment
I would give zero stars if I could. I have to schedule an appointment to get a replacement SSN card for my minor son. Because he’d under 18 have to physically go in. Been on hold trying to schedule an appointment for literally 90 minutes. Is there anyone EVEN THERE?????
Awful they rude and not helpful at all!!!!!why are they even open
Waited 1.5 hours after driving 2 hours & was told we need an appointment or go sit until end of day as she was the only one working & she had a room full of people !! Very RUDE !!
