Security officer was a jerk... They can't fire him because whoever the manager is doesn't care that the employees are rude and the security guard thinks he's guarding the worlds worst criminals... No music no ringer on your phone no food no drink.. the dude is on a power trip.. he probably never was in a position of power his whole life so now he's "allied security" at the social security office and he can flex how important he is.. to make him feel better about himself... THERE IS NEVER MORE THAN ONE WORKER IN THIS OFFICE! RIGHT NOW EVERY SEAT IS FULL, PLUS STANDING PERSONS! HOW IN THE HELL CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS CRAP????!!!!! ID GIVE -10 STARS IF POSSIBLE!!! MAKES NO SENSE!!!! IF YOU ARE COMING HERE PACK A LUNCH AND BE PREPARED TO STAY ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL FREAKING DAY!!!!!
I arrive at 9:00 there was already a long line I waited until about 10:00 for my to be seen. Everyone was using the machine to clock in but there was a sign that said that you could clock in on the phone and so that's what I did and I went and sat down. The security guard could have easily advised other people to do the same but he didn't. The rules seemed excessive and there is a feeling of oppression. It was quieter than the library absolute silence except for a person whispering occasionally. Signs say no food or drink an... read more
