Awful they rude and not helpful at all!!!!!why are they even open
Waited 1.5 hours after driving 2 hours & was told we need an appointment or go sit until end of day as she was the only one working & she had a room full of people !! Very RUDE !!
This office is a joke. No idea why its open, nobody is helpful at all the requirements don't make sense. I was told i need documentation showing their names and DOB. What more proof than a birth certificate and my identification as their mother?
Customer service was perfect and I got help I needed thank you what a difference
2 people work here. The security officer and the lady behind the counter. If there is no line she is more or less nice. Any line and you're screwed. this office looses looses more documents then they process. Which means to me that they just didn't have the ability or want to do the work. I want to be nice and say she is overworked but since comming in there and getting what you need is a role of the dice. Well...
