The clerk was rude and appeared to resent having to answer what she obviously considered to be stupid questions. The few questions she did answer were incorrect. She initially told me that Med A covers doctors appointments! My trip there was a total waste of time. Don't bother!
Consider taking a witness with you, the clerks are brash and will intentionally attempt to humiliate. Ladies, if you have a big bag, the security guy will ask to search it.
I was really scared to be here. The first thing I saw was two security guards...both pretty gruff. Am I in a bad neighborhood? Scary. If you go here --take a friend.
