Talked with Mrs Ramos (sp) She was very helpful ,pleasant and professional
Representative at the window was helpful in explaining my documentation needs, however, the security guard located inside the SSA office ( not the security guard(s) that sit at the health department entrance) treated me with the utmost contempt and spoke to me in the most degrading manner as I had a moment of confusion upon checking in. I’m still in shock! Unacceptable!

On 11-19-2024 at 10 oclock a.m. I took a spanish speaking older man that got his Green card n had been told that when he got it bring in in with his temporary social security that he got to use for work only.So when he got his residence green card that's why we went in.Well he was told no u need ur passport,ur I 94, UR W-2.WHEN his wife went in there a few months ago for same thing.She didn't need none of that.The lady that told this man all this was so rude, it seemed like we were bothering her.If you don't like to serve hi... read more
