Talked with Mrs Ramos (sp) She was very helpful ,pleasant and professional
Representative at the window was helpful in explaining my documentation needs, however, the security guard located inside the SSA office ( not the security guard(s) that sit at the health department entrance) treated me with the utmost contempt and spoke to me in the most degrading manner as I had a moment of confusion upon checking in. I’m still in shock! Unacceptable!
