Rude, rude rude. Did I mention rude. "Security" person bark at my sister and I wanting to know if we had any weapons. If he was trying to be intimidating, he failed. Bored? Desk personnel acted extremely irritated we made him work. Perhaps this office should be closed if they have no interest in doing their jobs, which is assisting those w questions or concerns. How about just being polite for a start.

I've never been to a ruder one in my life. I started explaining what was happening and I had paperwork that i was trying to mention my paperwork, he cut me off because he heard me say something about switching bank accounts. So he just started demanding numbers and start with the routing first. This is not the direct number to said office. I sit on hold for hours EVERY TIME I call.

4 times called in last 30 days. Each time waited 7 - 45 minutes on hold to only get a dial tone like being picked up and then dead, call dropped. Calling back, same voice mail triage and then back to waiting, to have same story. I live 50 miles away, over 1 hour drive time, to get my situation/question resolved. I tried, and cannot get any clarity wit SSA.gov online. Frustrated and disappointed. I am a representative payee trying to help a disabled young adult.
