Staff was very helpful, respectful and promptly completed everything that I needed.
I wrote a letter 2 weeks ago saying they are already taking out $60.00 from over payment. Now got a letter saying they are taking out 90.00 saying they never received the letter. I can't even afford my rent now.
Rude, rude rude. Did I mention rude. "Security" person bark at my sister and I wanting to know if we had any weapons. If he was trying to be intimidating, he failed. Bored? Desk personnel acted extremely irritated we made him work. Perhaps this office should be closed if they have no interest in doing their jobs, which is assisting those w questions or concerns. How about just being polite for a start.
