I met with Andy to discuss Social Security retirement benefits. Andy is a great guy, well versed in the Social Security policies. I would also commend Kelvin, the security guard, for his polite and professional demeanor. Our community is lucky to have these two good men.
The guy working the desk is so mean. Do not go here. I went in seeking help because I have POA for my mother w Alzheimer’s. He said they don’t accept POA and that he needed to either speak with my mother or have her sign paperwork that allows me to be her POA there. Apparently they have a separate POA. My mother no longer speaks or knows how to use a pen. He was so incredibly mean when I asked him what my options were because my mother cannot speak or use a pen anymore.
