The front desk security attendant was very helpful. However, the female employees are very rude and aggressive. Would not recommend especially if you are a person of color, minority, or an elderly person. The blonde woman at window 18 was very uncomfortable to speak with. Behaved unprofessionally, spoke with condescension, and is short tempered with people who need language assistance. It seems very purposeful that her name was not displayed on a name plate and that she did not provide it upon her reluctant assistance.
They are so unprofessional !!!! My appointment was at 1:00pm today for my daughter and I called the office four times and no one responded to my call yet if you guys don’t want to work and actually do the job that is assigned to you then quit or retire it is really that simple 🤷🏽♀️
Made my appt Wednesday for husband and me to change our address and change our direct deposit. Appt was made for the very next Friday. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Tiffany was so nice and pleasant and extremely helpful.
