This location was the closest with a much better appointment date and time. So we drove up from Charlotte. The security guy reminded us about thing we couldnt have and signed in got the ticket and had a seat. We were early but they took us 15 minutes early too. Very nice person Michael waited on us and was surprised we drove up to the office. He had everything fixed in short order. The staff was very friendly and even the ones walking by. Thank you to the staff for making it easy..
The front desk security attendant was very helpful. However, the female employees are very rude and aggressive. Would not recommend especially if you are a person of color, minority, or an elderly person. The blonde woman at window 18 was very uncomfortable to speak with. Behaved unprofessionally, spoke with condescension, and is short tempered with people who need language assistance. It seems very purposeful that her name was not displayed on a name plate and that she did not provide it upon her reluctant assistance.
They are so unprofessional !!!! My appointment was at 1:00pm today for my daughter and I called the office four times and no one responded to my call yet if you guys don’t want to work and actually do the job that is assigned to you then quit or retire it is really that simple 🤷🏽♀️
