Terrible people with terrible attitudes. I guess these people are riddle within our government, they prefer they treat us like we’re nothing.. and then take our tax dollars as their pay check, shameful.
You're lucky if you can get someone to call you back or even answer the phone.
I called in to schedule an appointment, and to know what I should bring relating to my appointment, and was told to just bring ID. Well, I drive the hour up, only to be told that I needed some other things.
Horrible broken system. I filled the online form, it tells me to call the 800 number for the appointment. I call, hold for 1 hr, it hangs up on me. For 3 days I try to get through to an agent, AND was on the callback list for 3 days but never got called back. So I take a day off work, drive 1 hr to Mt Airy office, arrive and they ask why I didn't call their local office number. This secret number is not provided by the website or Google Maps listing.
