So many phone numbers to make an appointment. Not easy for elderly people.
The staff there are rude and unprofessional. I understand that working a government job and dealing with certain situations/individuals can be difficult and stressful. Social security is no walk in the park, but the way this office is run is completely unacceptable. This one woman was totally inconsiderate, refused to answer any of my questions, continually interrupted me, had a completely nasty attitude, and was practically abusive. The most rude, despicable treatment I've ever experienced. Nice to know our agencies are completely discourteous and unhelpful. My gosh if you hate your job that much please do us all a favor and quit!
