I’d give 0 stars if I could, for the past 4-5 months this place has given me the biggest run around about my disability back pay, also disability payment that was skipped today when I was supposed to receive it. After calling the representative I got basically told none of the other representatives I’ve spoken to told the truth, or posted a review like they said they would that I would hear something in a month. I have been getting the help I need. I am glad I can connect when I can. I’ll say patients is the key.. Mrs. McKnight seem to get things for my daughter in time and I would have to say I am grateful. Patience and communication seem to get better results

This sounds weird but I had a great and easy experience at the social security office. I wanted to be the first person since the social security office can easily turn into a DMV style of waiting. I showed up at 8:30am on a Friday and waited by the door. They unlocked the door at 8:45am, I took a ticket and was able to sit in the waiting area. I recently visited this place and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I needed assistance with a social security number but rather than addressing my concerns, the staff seemed to find excuses for why they couldn't assist me. Their lack of effort and unwillingness to help was both frustrating and unprofessional. The place was empty and I was the only one there for at least 15 minutes. Only one person to help a crowded waiting area of people. I asked Security Guard if there was a time when more windows were open and he said no.
