I believe them to be engaged in an unlawful selective denial of services to a vulnerable population, homeless/refugee/etc. It's Federally funded. We paid for it already. They have no right to deny both S.S.I. and S.S.D.I. outright or to conflagrate the process excessively. I believe I received phone calls from an out of state/non listed number and I did not receive written instructions by mail. I have an appointment at 11am today for my change name, since i am early we went inside around 10:23. The security guard is very helpful and friendly and the lady at the counter is super nice. I was done pretty fast only took 15mins overall. Job well done!

Generally always have a great experience from start to finish. The Security Dude is always on top of things, he is The Dude! for the office. After the Camp Fire we lost hope in the Feds, but he helps take the stress out out of it for my wife and I every time(5x) we come in. He’s very forward and authentic if you ask him a question. Andrew is another dude, we had very pleasant retirement set up with him, very timely and enjoyable, thank you. Ok everyone is entitled to their opinions, but when you are a security guard be professional. Noone wants to hear you whine. Buck up and do your job. Inform people of wait times don't blame people about situations. Show respect to all this office is hear to serve everyone. Keep your personal options to yourself.
