I have two problems with this facility. First, the windows are too close to the waiting room, so everyone can hear what you are saying. There's really no privacy. Second, when I call here, an apparently Hispanic speaking woman answers, and she is very rude. She talks constantly, interrupts, and doesn't let me get a word in. I've spoken with her twice, and when I confronted her on her behavior, she disconnected the phone both times. This is unprofessional. She needs to be replaced or undergo better training.

After being turned away from the Chico office multiple times, I scheduled an appointment for Oroville. From the very moment I walked in the staff was kind and helpful. The security guard walked me step by step through the process of everything and made sure I had the right documents ready for my appointment. I was changing my name on my SS card. The woman who helped me, made the change in less than 10 minutes. I got to the office at 9:00am and was in my car leaving the office before 9:15am. I am incredibly grateful for my ex... read more

There's no privacy, because the windows are too close to the waiting room. I heard a woman talking about her gross medical issues. This lack of privacy should be resolved.
