I have an appointment at 11am today for my change name, since i am early we went inside around 10:23. The security guard is very helpful and friendly and the lady at the counter is super nice. I was done pretty fast only took 15mins overall. Job well done!
Generally always have a great experience from start to finish. The Security Dude is always on top of things, he is The Dude! for the office. After the Camp Fire we lost hope in the Feds, but he helps take the stress out out of it for my wife and I every time(5x) we come in. He’s very forward and authentic if you ask him a question. Ok everyone is entitled to their opinions, but when you are a security guard be professional. Noone wants to hear you whine. Buck up and do your job. Inform people of wait times don't blame people about situations. Show respect to all this office is hear to serve everyone. Keep your personal options to yourself.
Quick and easy
I have two problems with this facility. First, the windows are too close to the waiting room, so everyone can hear what you are saying. There's really no privacy. Second, when I call here, an apparently Hispanic speaking woman answers, and she is very rude. She talks constantly, interrupts, and doesn't let me get a word in. I've spoken with her twice, and when I confronted her on her behavior, she disconnected the phone both times. This is unprofessional. She needs to be replaced or undergo better training.
