Long wait but everyone there was very friendly. I expected longer.
I'd give no stars if I could! And that would be still more than the deserve!
Went to walk in and was stopped at the door. Was told we had to wait to sit down and had to wait to sign into kiosk first when it was free. I don't understand why I couldn't sit down. Felt like the security guard was more like a warden. Rude to boot. Even expressed he was a grumpy old man when we came to the sliding door. I have been here before and gave the Security guard grace the last time but this goes way beyond being a control freak. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and shouldn't be made to feel like some second class citiz... read more
