I have talked to so many people and so many different jobs. But I've never, ever been talked to, as rude as these people from the social security office. I mean, they won't let you talk. You try to talk to them. And it's just like, well, you gotta do this. You gotta do that well, then. They won't let you answer anything in anything about nothing. And they were rude and I'm if I had my choice, I'd be going somewhere else.\nYeah

Very rude security guy. Asks lots of questions but not listen to any of your answers. He also just expects you to know everything….

I waited in line for two hours to be seen and got no questions answered.

I went in because I was changing my name due to marriage and it was way easier than I expected! Filled out the application online, went into the SSA office the next day to bring in the required documents. I was done within 10 minutes. The worker who helped me was also very nice. Security guard was also very friendly.
