Very rude security guy. Asks lots of questions but not listen to any of your answers. He also just expects you to know everything….
I waited in line for two hours to be seen and got no questions answered.
I went in because I was changing my name due to marriage and it was way easier than I expected! Filled out the application online, went into the SSA office the next day to bring in the required documents. I was done within 10 minutes. The worker who helped me was also very nice. Security guard was also very friendly.
Long wait but everyone there was very friendly. I expected longer.
I'd give no stars if I could! And that would be still more than the deserve!
