Staff was warm and friendly. They were efficient, to the point, and addressed my needs.
This was a devastating situation. I reported theft of my Direct Express in March. They gave me such a bad time!:Disconnections, hangs up rerouting to another dept, long wait times, nasty attitudes and rudeness, but I proceeded to advocate for us poor vulnerable adults and continued the claim no matter what it took!
