Went to Martinsville Social Security office to ask a question about my Social Security payment. The sign-in kiosk was easy to use. I was given a number and waited about 10 minutes before l was called to the window. My issue was solved very quickly by the gentleman who waited on me. However, the Security guard jokingly told us the office was closed when we walked in. If he thinks he is being a comedian perhaps he is in the wrong line of work. This office has been incredibly helpful and thorough. Every question we had about my husband’s disability pay was answered, every thing the office needed to file was done in a timely manner. This has been the best experience we’ve had with social security since he started his filing back in 2023. This location is truly a blessing to its local community.
these are the rudest people over there i have ever seen, they need to hire new ones or shut down. No reason for the way they act
