Called in two different days recently and waited on hold for over Two hours each time and no one answered.
I placed my needed forms in their Dropbox and I just received a call stating that they never received my documents. This is not okay. I'm caring for my kids the best I can. But If I am doing my part and turning forms in WAY before THE DEADLINE!!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY IT'S RIDICULOUS!!! NOW MY KIDS MAY NOT GET THE HELP THEY NEED BECAUSE OF THE PINE BLUFF LOCATION. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH USING THEIR LOCATION. GO TO HOT SPRINGS OFFICE THEY ARE MORE PROFESSIONAL. SORRY LEGIT VENT OVER. BE BLESSED EVERYONE.
