Managed to get in the building. Have to schedule appointment.
** sharing this review to help someone else not waste their time ** they are appointment only so they do not do walk ins. You have to start your application online or any requests online, if you can’t do online you have to call their local number 877-405-3157 to set up an appointment. If you have to just drop items off you have to put it in the drop box. they do not accept scanned or printed out documents they all have to be the originals (the certified stamped copies). This office is very unprofessional. My personal information with my SS number, address , children’s names, phone number, etc were sent to a random person in a different city. The lady who received my paperwork called me Sat night to make me aware and I’m grateful. Me & my children’s well being and identity were at stake. I went to the office first thing Monday morning and was given ext numbers for the worker who made the mistake, and the supervisor. They are awful. They laugh and disrespect you until you ask for a supervisor. Mrs Warren will refuse the necessary paperwork then say you didnt turn it in. She laugh in your face as though you are nothing. When asked Brian Walker to anything he says he will take care of the account then he will mess it up even more. This place discriminates.
Have been waiting on the phone for two hours when it said 20 minutes. These people DO NOT care about your time
