My God is it really that bad somebody please tell me . I'm coming from out of state and can not afford for these people to mess up my paperwork or not give back my origional documents . Are there any other options like to go some where else
Don’t waste your time calling and go online, they don’t answer the phone.
Managed to get in the building. Have to schedule appointment.
** sharing this review to help someone else not waste their time ** they are appointment only so they do not do walk ins. You have to start your application online or any requests online, if you can’t do online you have to call their local number 877-405-3157 to set up an appointment. If you have to just drop items off you have to put it in the drop box. they do not accept scanned or printed out documents they all have to be the originals (the certified stamped copies).
