To be honest, my experience was fine. I woke up early, knew what I needed. I got there, not too many people, not even an appointment... I got in, got out within an hour and my issue was solved. I don't know if that is how it usually goes or not but yeah, that is how it went for me. Side note, the cop or security guard (not sure which he is) was awesome, he talked to everyone all morning.. such a good mood, helped try to keep people happy. Seemed like a good dude, wish I knew his name. +1 to him.
I went early hoping to get in earlier, they were quick and efficient! Officer G was also amazing! Love an establishment I can come in and be greeted with amazing energy and friendliness!
Just left here and saw Ms. Hernandez. She helped me out with every question and made it comfortable coming in here. I went in the Greensboro location yesterday and was harassed. They were very professional here. The security guard was nice as well.
