The front desk woman is actually scary...I walked in to get a smog check got no hello or smile, she looked pissed that i walked in at 10 am. My bad thought you guys were a business that wanted money, decided to just turn around and walk out and give my money to a more inviting business without some warlock behind a front desk looking miserable .
Very nice people with professional, courteous and conscientious service. If your car fails the smog test, you have 30 days to fix and retest. I happened to have changed the battery a couple of days before, so the car failed the smog test because some monitors were not ready yet. They told me to run it 80-100 miles and come back. I came back a little too soon a few days later, but they scanned the car before testing and found one monitor still not ready, so they told me to go run it about 20 more miles.
