I have emailed for an appointment, I have called and left messages, I have talked to actual live people. And when I talk to actual live people, I wonder how this place even exists. The help I have gotten from Melissa Davis was a joke, to say the least. I had left a message for the office regarding a supposed Delinquency on a loan via SBA though there is nothing under my social. It's 2024, pandemic is over, stop hiding and answer the phone.
I've been trying several times a week for MONTHS to get an actual human person to respond to my messages and emails and have--at best--been given an autoresponse email (with outdated information).
