I tried to order 7 SMALL pieces to make some repairs to the UFO sander I purchased from them years ago ( which back then quickly shipped and delivered). Now these seven tiny pieces weighing less than a pound have been in total chaos mode with them for a month and still are no closer to arriving. I have received apologies for the nonsense but no resolve. US Sander is not what it used to be. SHAME...... another company bites the dust rather than hire quality help I'm guessing

These guys really know their stuff when it comes to big machine repair ...their knowledge of the machine parts rival those of the builders.....I took a 3 hour trip just for the service of these guys....I highly recommend them for any floor service....from machine repair to parts sales as well as paper sales....
