Hardworking Peoples
My experience is mixed. We had a good experience with work that they did for us. We paid in full in a timely manner. So, our impression was very good, deserving five stars. But, more recently, we've called to have them back, been told that they would respond to set up a site visit, but no call back. Multiple calls to them later over a few weeks and speaking with Demir multiple times, always led to Demir saying that they would be back in touch to arrange for a visit. But, no return call. US Roofing was extremely professional through the entire process, answered all our questions before and during the installation and worked with us on providing materials early so that we could proper prepare them for installation. The crew was great and cleaned up every day before leaving. The roof, skylights and gutters look great. Our experience was very positive, and we highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
The crew left nails and debris all over my yard. Cleanup should have been part of the job.
