My dad has been coming to this dialysis center for a few years and the staff are very welcoming, Nurse Joy has been amazing and not to mention Juanita the secretary very caring and helpful. I highly recommend this center.
LOVE IT HERE SO NICE! Ralph & Nick are very kind to the patients! And Juana has ALWAYS been kind to us perhaps if you are kind to others they will be kind to you in return!
I recently brought my mom to this location, and Juanita at the front desk was incredible! She was so welcoming and helpful. She truly made our visit a great experience. I highly recommend this place!
Juana the receptionist is very rude. They changed my dad’s chair time without confirming with his family. My mom had to take time off work to drop him off since the facility took it upon themselves to cancel my dad’s ride. Juana refused to listen to our concerns, and refused to provide answers or reasoning to changing his time. Incompetent at scheduling time and pick up was dropped off a hour early seems most patients run over the chair time leading to transportation people to get upset it's just a madhouse
