Please teach your staff Jerry to be professional and stopp asking people personal questions. This staff is all over the place all over people s business, its embarrassing. Jerry needs additional coaching on professional boundaries. Love for all the other staff on the floor who is always respectful and professional.
The staff are nice and have been wonderful with my grandmother over the last year or so. The social worker on the other hand, talks to people like they're idiots. She is very condescending, and acts like she was on calls with me in regards to other aspects of my grandmother's care. It took everything in me to stay professional with her.
Laurie is amazing! Best nurse out there, facility is clean and PD program is awesome highly recommend
