I think the negative reviews must be painfully out of date, and looking at the age of them I think that's the case. as of now, 2024, the staff here are fantastic. Our relative has been an onsite patient here, and moved to at-home dialysis. The nurses take our calls and questions day or night, give their cell numbers, ask questions, give advice, solicit us to call more and whenever we need. They're brilliant. I haven't enough good things to say about Pat, Stephanie, and the male nurse I forget the name of.

I would recommend taking a tour before you choose. During my tour here was my experience. Initial check in: Took 40 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence. Was a lady at reception desk behind the mirrors. Completely ignored me standing there. After 40 minutes, someone emerged and I stopped them. Patient information: No brochures or educational material in waiting area. Asked the social worker if she had anything. Answer was No. Cleanliness: Went in PD in house care. First observation. Dirty gloves on the floor. Point... read more

The place is clean. Thats about all I have good to say. The staff, all they do is rush you in and rush you out. They hardly speak to you, unless you are part of their "click". They seem more interested in sitting in their groups to talk and gossip verses actually doing their job and giving the patient care that they were hired for. There are a few good nurses and techs who have come through here, but they never stay long which makes it difficult for the patients to keep hope. The management is constantly changing, or there i... read more

Just want you all to know that the staff is little to less concerned about your progress. They treat their patients like a number on a conveyor belt. The dont communicate with the Physicians your concerns nor do they pay attention to the results of your lab work to see if there are signs of other health issues that may arise due to dialysis. What they do pay attention to is just your creatinine level to make sure it in the bare minimum to keep you on dialysis and keep them paid. Its sad because people live a miserable life o... read more
