My husband is attending this facility for kidney dialysis. We received a change for his treatment schedule by Lorenzo. This is an hour later -sit down - start time. My husband was not given a choice of times, he was just stuck with this horrendous change of time. Because my husband has severe low blood pressure, I called and spoke to Lorenzo. My husband went to dialysis here for a very long time (Rodolfo). I just can't express how much I appreciate all of them. He was happy there and didn't want to move even when a center opened closer to home. I'll miss going there and seeing everyone. Was it always perfect no, but what company is? Dr Bahtla next door is the best Dr I have ever known. He helped him so very much. He will always be remembered by me
