This place do not deserve no star.I do not like this location at all. The nurses that monitor the patients are very rude to them. The patients also are put in none working chairs,when they need to be made comfortable and treated fairly. I have seen people leave here dying and never return. The staff stand around laughing and gossiping in groups right in the middle of the floor where patient are setting for treatment and their machines are going off for minutes at a time.before they check on the patients. Do not go here. The ac was broken for over 2 months before my wife moved to a new renal clinic. They didn't do anything right. For 6 months, she told the doctor she had something wrong with her foot, and he put her off and just kept laying it's her neuropathy. I'm glad she finally had the idea to find her own foot succor because she could have lost her foot because she found out she had Charcot foot. Something diabetics could get.
You are on your own here! No one knows what they’re doing nor do they care. You have to “beg” staff members for paper work, and the social workers and dietitians do NOT return your calls. I do not expect a call immediately obviously, but I had to go in person multiple times to actually talk to someone and even that did not help. They are clueless. I had to do my own research and it’s tough when you are not fully sure what to do next , yet they take my thousands of dollars from me. Will file a complaint! Do yourselves a favor... read more
