Extremely disappointed in the social worker they have at this location, Patricia Giocoman. My grandfather who is a patient there recently had to switch his transportation method to the Trinity metro access bus due to his other ride service being unreliable. To use this service the company sends him passes in the mail every month. Ever since he made the switch I have corresponded with the social worker anytime he needs more passes. Horrible I need to change dailysis center They only worry about the numbers they want to collect that money they are not worried about the patient's well being or patient safety You tell them not to take out liquid and they still take out thinking thinking that you don't know your own body So when you try to leave you can't you can't or you get sick and they leave you out there and tell you to just call 911 only because one of the nurses got off of her break to come and save me
