This is a nice place to receive dialysis care. The nurses are very nice and timely with their chair times and knowledgeable per patient's dialysis needs. No one person is the same.The front desk receptionist is amazingly sweet, concern, and makes you feel at home. They're interactive with patients on games, prizes, and occasional snacks. The Social Worker and Dietician are very helpful on diet tips and social care concerns to help with your journey. I love it here. They are a clean clinic visit. This is the best place I love the staff they are the best
New staff isn't a good as old staff. They keep changing my time without informing me like my time isn’t valuable. Arcelis is not customer friendly miss my old tech. Front office is great and polite just not happy with new staff!!
