The most comfortable and relax and clean bathrooms, and kick back nurses...they are so cool..better than any of the DaVita up the hill ..
Not a very good atmosphere for their patients, some nursing staff are very nice but one likes to yell at their patients over the phone. We want our loved ones to be treated with respect and with caring staff that love to do what they do for their patients
100% the best treat for renal care around! Dr. Patel and his team have always been there when questions needed to be answered, or problems arose even in the middle Of the night!! Courteous, professional and aways on task!
Dr. Patel is hands down the best! The ladies here at U.S renal care are so nice and make sure you understand whats going on. I'm helping my grandpa since he's just starting dialysis and they make sure he's comfortable and is understanding whats going on which is a great factor because he was a little scared to start. This makes him feel more at ease so I'm sure we'll have a great outcome :)
Dr. Patel is a Good Doctor, he cares about his patients, and the nurses ; Claudia , Rachel ,Vecky , Yessenia and the nutritionist they all care about there patients and always with a smile. My mom fills confidence and like if she is with family, God Bless them all :)
