this rrb is a joke, no taxes without whatsoever on my husband or myself for first year even after we talked to the rep. never was sent a form. our fault for not following up. talked to a Linda about this RRB W-4P form in Feb. printed it off, she gave no instructions whatsoever, sent the form in the Jacksonville location never got a call back nor a letter letting us know that more information was needed as far as codes which Linda didn't say a word about when we previously talked. all this time I'm thinking everything ok, NOP... read more
