Just canceled my service after several years. I don’t know what changed there between when I signed up and when I canceled, but service went downhill sharply. I had sensors that didn’t work and called the service department several times for help so I could figure out what was going on. No calls back. Now I have billing questions and can’t get a call back from that department either. Beyond frustrated.
