We are having the same problem as Jessica, except that service people have been here at our new home several times without resolving the problem. Waiting for a callback (again) today from the service department. And the new system is interfering with our cellphones. We had a great system (not so high tech) in our old home up until March 2026 and it worked perfectly. This new fancier system is awful. Just canceled my service after several years. I don’t know what changed there between when I signed up and when I canceled, but service went downhill sharply. I had sensors that didn’t work and called the service department several times for help so I could figure out what was going on. No calls back. Now I have billing questions and can’t get a call back from that department either. Beyond frustrated.
