Junior and his team did an excellent job building our new deck. The work was smooth, professional, and well done from beginning to end. We love how the finished deck turned out and would definitely recommend Junior for deck construction in Kingston.
Would not recommend this company - it is a bit of a bait and switch. The initial interaction, proposal, communication was fabulous and then it all went downhill. They sign you up to use builder trend to communicate and then never use it. They start a text chain with a group to communicate but never text nor respond to texts. They send "carpenters" over who do more damage than actual carpentry - people had to come 3 times to first even do the job as written in the proposal and then twice to fix the work and damage that was do... read more
The US pro paint team was a professional hardworking dedicated crew of craftsmen to complete a partial kitchen remodel and pantry build out. Also refinished 20 year old hardwoods on first floor. The result is upgraded beautiful space with functional and elegant finishes that my family will use for many more years to come. The team was friendly and helpful answering all of our questions and concerns. They had great ideas about the design and money saving options as well. Definitely highly recommended.
Great company, everyone on the team is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. They really do a great job of making every project a priority!I I super recommend them for any project in MA, great price for quality of work and attention to detail!
It was very frustrating dealing with the company for our kitchen project. The workmanship was acceptable but the communication was poor. Many times we did not know when they were going to be at our home. The workers did not speak English, which was a problem when trying to discuss the project. I called the office twice and did not get a call back by the project manager. I guess he preferred to communicate with my husband by text, but even that was spotty.
