JR came out gave me a very fair estimate for our project. We decided to go ahead with the estimate. Couple days later house was power washed 2 days after painters where here sanding and caulking . While in the process I had a lot of rotten wood all over. JR gave me a quote to fix it all and it was way lower than I expected he could’ve ran the bill up knowing that I had to have it fixed. Without hesitation I highly recommend US ProPaint and Renovation. Their quote was very reasonable, spot on as far as we were expecting, and beat other quotes we received. I cannot say enough about Jr and the meticulous job his staff did painting my home. They were courteous, respectful and continually seeking approval on the job they were doing. My husband was very particular and since his passing I was concerned I would not find a company that could emulate his standards. Now I have. Jr was recommended to me by a friend who also raved about their work ethic and standards. I will be using them for future projects for certain.
