Great customer service. My mailbox shipped extremely fast and was super easy to install.
THIS IS THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD! I'm completely and totally satisfied. I had this install last fall and waiting to add a review. I wanted to see how the foundation held up thru the winter. The screws held their place with no movement! The foundation is perfectly level even after the winter. I was debating adding a concrete foundation, I'm so happy we didn't. Customer service is very poor. No show yesterday for a 12-2 appointment...and a no show again today for the reschedule. No call either day till the very end of the time range today. Suggest you don't tell people that your technician will call if they have no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use this company due to our subdivision regulation...but if I did, this is not who I would choose.
