Ordered a carport on April 20th, and it arrived about 3 weeks later (not awesome, but acceptable). However, a couple of the parts had been severely damaged. Driver didn’t take responsibility, and discouraged us from opening the boxes (we could all see that a couple of the boxes had been crushed on one end), presumably bc she didn’t want to accept any of the blame.
