HomeGuard Home Warranty sent contractors to replace our water heater, but they installed a faulty unit. From the start, the flame color looked unusual. When we raised concerns, they dismissed it and told us to deal with Rheem directly, insisting the heater was fine. Now, in less than six months, the water heater has shuts down randomly, and we’re stuck covering the repair costs. A total mess, STAY AWAY.

Highly recommend U.S. Plumbing and Rooter, Inc! Very responsive, great customer service! You are easily able to see when your technician is headed to you and estimated time of arrival. The technician was very courteous and throughly completed and explained the steps to correct! Was fast and efficient as well! Wonderful service!
Daniel was knowledgeable, did a great job and solved our leaking problem replacing and old corrosive faucet , the water pressure valve and the main water line valve.
