3 years ago I had a gas leak on my house and I call them to do the pressure test and they fix the problem same day call the gas company to restore the service
I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company. I have a 70-year-old house, and we needed to have the gas lines replaced and the sewer system cleaned. The sewer system had a significant buildup, and I had been advised by other plumbers that it needed to be replaced. However, using a “cutter,” the entire buildup was removed without any replacement, and it was discovered to be in relatively good condition for its age. I am extremely satisfied with the results.
Jonathan came out to our home after a pipe broke. An emergency call. Us plumbing sent someone right away and he was honest and very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and even showed us a pipe so we could see what he was describing. I am very thankful that Jonathan came out.we requested that he do any work needed because we were so impressed with his professionalism. He is a wonderful representative of us plumbing.
😡😡😡 I had an awful experience with U.S. Plumbing and Remodeling. I hired them to remodel my bathroom, and from the start, things went downhill. The crew was always late, and the job took much longer than initially promised. The quality of work was subpar, with poor finishes and shoddy plumbing. There were also constant mistakes, and I had to call them back multiple times to fix the issues. To top it off, they charged me far more than the original estimate. Very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone.
They located the issue and fixed the problem. We plan to use them when we repair the outdoor line to our grill in the future.
