I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jena Ward beginning in April 2020 with the closing May 18th (yesterday). She is the first individual that actually read the commission instructions from my broker. Having dealt with so many title companies....I can say without hesitation that she is the most professional and prompt in the business. Thanks so much Jena!
This title company is terrible. I strongly recommend you avoid this company for ANY real estate transactions. Had a cash closing on 12/5/19. The seller had a mail away and signed and over knighted signed docs to office and received 12/6/19 am. Title withheld closing proceeds to agents and still not wired 12/9/19 at 5 pm. This was 3 business days to do one job. By far the WORST title company wanna be outfit in my 12 years in the business. Plenty of choices available search out others. It will be more timely.
