Husband had a biopsy done on a spot. Got a bill from US Pathlabs for $503. It showed $0 paid by insurance and said we were responsible “for the balance”. I paid it May 2 by check. Then I looked up Medicare rules and, since it was a diagnostic test ordered by a doctor, it should have been covered.
