This place is so unprofessional! They picture one item and then ship you a different item. When you call them they treat you like dirt and refuse to give you a RMA over the phone. They say they will email you one but they never do. They then stop answering phone calls from you and stop responding to all of your emails as well. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get my money back. They are such jerks, they would not even respond to PayPal. Avoid these people like the plague. I called this company, and the guy who answered the phone was combative, unhelpful, and rude. he was sarcastic, when I was looking for help, and when I told him that as a little advice, he needed to be more customer oriented, he hung up on me......NO ONE should be treated like this. I've never felt strongly enough to leave a review before, but don't deal with this company, take your business elsewhere.
Company shipped the product then had it rerouted back to their office. Claimed that it was delivered to the location it should be but when I pulled up tracking information it shows that it was rerouted by the seller and never delivered. They were snarky. Ended the chat and were not helpful. We our our money and have no part. When I went back into tracking they had deleted the tracking number so it no longer exists.
We sent photos of the parts we needed. They sent parts which were wrong. We returned them. They charged a 20% restocking fee for parts they recommended which were wrong. Then, they avoided phone calls and refused to call us back. When I called from a different number, a guy answered and said that it was our fault because we didn't send photos. when I pointed out that I did, he said "oh you sent those in May but we didn't send the parts until October." This business has been around since 2000. (16 years) Not that hard to find. We have been in the same location since 2003. If you cannot find us you are not very good at your job. Your offerings are less than desirable. For instance a consumer files a complaint and there is NO WAY on here to respond to the complaint and then you list us as not found and no response to the complaint. To say that this business is a joke would be an understatement. A bunch of liars and thieves is what they are! We have returned their product and, more than 2 months later, are STILL waiting for our refund. They are unresponsive to our calls, inquiries and emails. Any time they DO respond, we get the run around. If you want the possibility of losing out on hundreds of your hard earned dollars, by all means, do business with these shiesters.
