Been using this lot for years, came back from a weekend trip to my truck being stolen. Oddly the cameras didn't see anything and the security never alerted to anything either. My truck was stolen within 5 hours of parking it. They did not help with anything and really did not seem to care much after the 1st night with the police upon my return.

I arrived at the cashier booth to pay for my parking at about 12:30 am on 4/7/25. I have a military discount and need the cashier to process my payment. Valerie on the midnight shift refused to take my payment. After a few minutes another employee had to open up and do her job. This is someplace you should stay away from. They will never get another penny from me. I don't understand why you hire lazy people for the sake of having a body there is they refuse to do their job.

First time parking with them, and it was a great experience! The staff was helpful, the process was smooth, and the shuttle was quick and efficient. It arrived so fast that it had to wait for us, and the driver was very patient. On our return, the shuttle was already there when we stepped out. Very economical compared to hotel parking. Highly recommend and will use again
