Wait time was ridiculous. There was no empathy or communication as to the two hour-long wait for to my appointment. The doctor that I saw has very little empathy for a stretched financial situation. They seem to care more about their bottom dollar is and their clientele.

I am a on going patient of Dr. Baumgartner. Office in Willowbrook on Brenton Ridge Rd. and I am extremely happy with the doctor and staff.
Yesterday was my best most recent experience. In and out within an hr. Staff is always awesome.
Umm I think it's bad time to ask me. I love the staff. I really do. The wait time is ridiculous! It's overbooked. This office has many problems. Again, it's not the staff. They are GREAT!!! It's management.
