Dr. DuCasse & Staff are absolutely wonderful. I have been a patient here for years & my condition has improved drastically. Theyy practice the latest technologies, surgeries, and treatments to fit your needs. Best doctor hands down!
This post is for the staff of us neuropathy not the physician. My first experience was wonderful with the physician she is so professional and kind but her staff is another story. The male staff misunderstood the physician's order and wiped my foot down with CLOROX BLEACH WIPES which is not for the skin, he stated that was his process of cleaning. Always a pleasure with the staff! The laser therapy day 3 for me and no pain, been excited to walk to the bathroom from sitting or laying down for long periods of time and no pain. Awesome job never felt better.Thank you so much!
Dr. Ducasse is an awesome physician! She is so kind to take time with her patients and provide excellent care, advice, and support.
I had a fantastic experience at US Neuropathy Centers. Not only was the staff incredibly kind and welcoming, but the doctor was excellent as well. She was very knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and never made me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how much time she spent with me explaining everything. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend them.
