After being turned away from another salon where I had a prebooked appointment, I saw US Nails and Spa. They had a sign that they accepted walk-ins and while leery after what had happened at the other place, I decided to give this new place a try. I'm so happy I did. When I arrived, everyone was busy with customer but I was still encouraged to sign in. It took about 10-15 minutes to start. My pedicure was amazing! Just what I needed today! I will definitely be back.

Wonderful customer service. Tom and Linh are very sweet. Tom did a wonderful job personalizing my nails, and Linh's foot pedi was awesome.

Would not recommend this place. I was cut 3 times. Two times above the cuticle on my toes and was bleeding (I don't have thin blood or diabetes so it was just from being badly cut) and was cut on my finger as well. The lady did not listen to what I wanted when it came to my manicure because I wanted my nails filed a little bit and rounded, but they are extremely uneven with most of them having a flat middle with weird rounded corners. Vonie. Rude. Terrible nails. Not at all the shape I asked for. Another time , scheduled appointment showed up and they had filled the spot . Tried one more time , got a terrible pedicure from Joseph. Never going back.
